[Genealib] Charges for Obituaries

Hi,

  We charge $5.00 for the search and 25-cents for the photocopy for each
obituary/death notice or other news items (e.g., marriage announcements,
car accidents, murder trials).  All requests must be in writing with
pre-payment, unless there are special needs.  Due to recent acquisitions
(YAY!) and several grant projects, the library now holds a large and robust
newspaper microfilm collection, so if we don't find the obit or article in
one newspaper, we generally find it published in another (or more than
one).
