Cathy, Grapevine Library charges $1.00 per page for postage and copies from our local newspaper, regardless of how we are contacted, or whether obits are from microfilm or an actual newspaper.

I am curious as to what other libraries charge for
  copying obituaries.  I am interested in the fees for
  requests by mail and email that you would receive at
