[Genealib] behind the tall file cabinets

As it is, they are behind the tall file cabinets holding the microfilms,
so users are screened from the reference desk.  I suppose this is an
attempt to keep the light to a minimum for viewing, but seems to invite
trouble.

You need a large long mirror hung from the ceiling behind the readers and
pointed right at the reference desk and then the person at the reference
desk, with a quick glance at the mirror, can tell what is going on behind
those cabinets.
