[Genealib] Tell Congress to Save the NHPRC

The Humanities Advocacy Network ( http://www.humanitiesadvocacy.org/action_ctr.html ) is
asking people to contact their representatives (through its website) to prevent the
National Historical Publications and Records Commission (NHPRC), the grant-making arm of
NARA, from having a budget of *ZERO* for Fiscal Year 2009. A description of the NHPRC is
