[Genealib] humidification

I am trying to discover information about optimal humidification standards and guidelines for genealogy libraries.  I am doing a google search, as well as an ALA search, but am mostly coming up with book reviews.
 
does anyone have this information at their fingertips?  what has your experience been with humidification in genealogy libraries?  are the recommendations different than they would be for the "regular" part of the library?
