[Genealib] Obituary Index software

Why not use PAF or other genealogy software.

This way you can index just the deceased - or if wanted - add in the spouse,
parents, children etc. You would be moving beyond a "flat" name index and
creating an index that could be put to work in multiple ways by your
genealogy researchers.

PAF (or other gen software) could then be used as your central index to
other content - yearbook index; photo collection ... etc. Put all of your
indexes in one place.

Let's use our genealogy tools to create these indexes instead of always
creating stand alone indexes that will later have to be migrate to other
software.
