[Genealib] Spanglers cyclopedia?

Library of Congress has this, but its not an encyclopedia:
Spangler, one lineage : twenty-one generations, eight centuries, 
1150-2000, Germany, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Kentucky / by Donald 
Campbell Spangler
