[Genealib] magazine prices

I am a former periodicals librarian at a public library. Have your friend
contact Ebsco Subscription services. They are the magazine jobber for most
of the public libraries and will be able to consolidate subscriptions. As
far a prices go, it depends on the type of publication. Magazines that
have advertising are generally about the same price for institutions and
individuals. Journals that do not accept advertising generally charge
institutions more. I assume that is because they are so expensive to
produce that publishers like giving individuals a discount.
