*Announcement*

The first meeting of the Michiana Genealogy and Local History Librarians'
Roundtable will be held Tuesday, July 29 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the
St. Joseph County Public Library, 304 S. Main St., South Bend, IN.

The newly formed Michiana Genealogy and Local History Librarians' Roundtable
will provide an opportunity for northern Indiana and southern Michigan
genealogy and local history librarians to meet, share concerns, ask
questions, and learn from one another. Meetings will be held at a different
library on a semi-annual basis in order for participants to observe the
collections, projects, and work areas of other libraries.

At this first meeting, we will introduce ourselves and our projects, talk
about the future of the roundtable, and take a short tour of SJCPL's Local &
Family History Services. Please extend this invitation to all the
appropriate people in your library.

Please RSVP to Sara Allen at s.allen at sjcpl.org or sarakallen at gmail.com.

Thanks! We look forward to seeing you here.
