Well said Barb - I could not agree more!
Thanks George Miller for all you have done.....
Deb
I've been meaning to suggest this, and there's no time like the present!
Let's designate tomorrow, JULY 13th as a day to thank George MILLER, who
recently retired from Queens Borough Library.
George was incredibly generous with his time, with so many faceless
researchers. He used his lunch time to perform searches for all of us.
George never had to do this; it was not a requirement of his job.
What George did for all of us was an act of love, displayed with
patience and respect.
I wish George MILLER a full and rich retirement, knowing he helped so many
souls.
I appreciate every look up you performed for me, George. You exemplify the
best of the best genealogy friends. God bless you.
Like retired uniform numbers of star Yankees, I think Queensborough Library
should retire Goerge's keyboard, labeled # 1! No one can possibly replace
him!
Here's to GEORGE MILLER.
