You could contact the Yale School of Drama. They would be delighted to have
them. (My daughter went there.)
"The Drama Library, operated by the Yale University Library system, contains
over 30,000 volumes primarily for the use of students in yale school of
drama. The library, situated in the University Theatre building, houses one
of the largest working collections in existence of books and periodicals on
drama and theatre. Books on the performing arts other than theatre,
including motion pictures, television, and radio are also represented in the
collection. Students in the School of Drama are free to use the collections
in the libraries of other graduate and professional schools, the Sterling
Memorial Library, and the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library."
Special items in the collection include files of scene designs from the
Crawford Collection, more than 80,000 theatrical prints and photographs in
the Rockefeller Theatrical Prints Collection, the Doolittle Collection of
Japanese theatre prints and bound copies of master's theses and doctoral
dissertations from the Drama School. The library also has a substantial
archive of Drama School and Repertory Theatre production material. This
includes: scripts, production books, programs, reviews, photographs, posters
and dramaturgical production notebooks.
