You might want to contact Gary Zimmerman at the Fiske Genealogical Library in Seattle, Washington.  The Fiske Library recently joined OCLC and are using WorldCat as their online catalog.  You'll find a press release about it on the Fiske Library Web site along with contact information for Gary.  I'm not sure about the cost for this arrangement, but Gary may be able to fill you in on the details.
