Hi Sue,
Do you mean the $9.00 is for postage?
I'm not sure what you mean by fitting into our collection. Are you reacting to the FHSA's request on our behalf for donations of books? We have most of your titles in our collection, but we are missing a couple of important ones. The main one we would like to get is the Arizona Genealogical and Historical Research Guide by Salyer and Banowit. The ASGS donated a copy to our Agency, but it went to Archives. Archives is moving its entire Arizona Collection to the new Polly Rosenbaum building next month, so our genealogy patrons will not have easy access to their books. All of your publications probably show up in our catalog, but some of them are in the Arizona Collection only. I know this is confusing. If it would help, I can let you know which titles we don't have.
Thanks,
Judy

Hi Judy,
We have to dig the issues out of storage, but we do intend to send you the ones we discussed. We didn't see anything in your list that would fit into the collection so would like the $9.00 when you receive the issues.
