[Genealib] re: procedures

If anyone has created a list of procedures for volunteers to follow when
they report to work in the genealogy area, could you share them with me?
I'm writing a policy/procedure for the library, and want to include steps to
be followed by volunteers working, as well as expectations of how patrons
will use the facility.  Thanks, Cheri
