[Genealib] Jacob Ott account book

Morning!
I am looking for the Jacob Ott account book (early-mid 1800s).  Accodring to
an article in Western Maryland Genealogy (1986), the book was found after a
flood in Frederick Co., MD.  A photocopy was sent to NGS, but cannot now be
located.  The original was held by Alvah Young, but now nothing is known of
the owner or the account book.
I'm wondering if any other copies were made and are held somewhere...
