[Genealib] birthplace "via"

The entry clearly says via under birth place.  My guess would be that  this 
particular census taker abbreviated Virginia that way.  
 
There are 595 people in 1850 census whose birth place is listed as  Via.  Not 
all are the same census taker.  But they all appear to be in  Indiana.  Maybe 
some school taught that as the abbreviation and it was used  by a number of 
census takers.
