MessageHello all,

A few weeks ago there was a discussion about how libraries should report errors in Ancestry Library Edition. I just spoke with someone there about another topic and took the opportunity to ask about this.

These instructions are for librarians - do not share them with the public.
Libraries should send an email to libraryedition at ancestry.com and copy and paste the URL where the error is found in the body of the message. Briefly and to the point, explain the error. People there will then copy & paste that info into the field that will bring it to the attention of those who can fix it.

I asked if it was alright to post it to this list and I was told that was ok, but do not share that with the public. This contact info is only for librarians.
