[Genealib] Italians to America Volume 22 update

It looks like we all got a defective publication. I have spoken with
Scarecrow Press and just faxed examples of the pages to the publisher
(trying to explain was a bit of a challenge). They have promised to get
back to me on this and I will let you all know what I hear. 

It seems to me that it should be republished with correct ages as it
loses a lot of its relevancy unless you are using it as an index to
ships passenger records.
