On the Steve Morse website (http://www.1940census.net/) he lists the
questions asked--they are comprehensive.

Isn't it true that the 1940 is non-comprehensive? I believe I read
somewhere that 1930 was the last census that attempted to get full
numbers, and that the later ones are all done with some smaller
statistical sample. Any truth to this?
