[Genealib] CT State Library closed October 31

The State Library facilities, with the exception of the Museum of Connecticut History, will be closed all day Wednesday, October 31st for Connecticut State Library All Staff Day. The Museum of Connecticut History will be open its regular hours, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Normal hours will resume on Thursday, November 1st.
