[Genealib] Ancestry bought by Spectrum Equity Investors

TechCrunch is reporting that Spectrum Equity Investors has bought a
"majority interest" in Ancestry's parent company: The Generations
Network and is "almost certainly preparing for an IPO or other larger
liquidity event".

It reports that they paid $300 Million and that Ancestry has annual
earnings of $150 Million.
