[Genealib] Teaching Heritage Quest

Explain what can be found, or what features HQ offers, versus
Ancestry.  That's usually the top questions I get whenever I've taught
it.  Particularly differences in census indexing.  Why Ancestry is
better for certain censuses, and why HQ is better.
