[Genealib] CT State Library closed Thanksgiving Day

All State Library facilities will be closed on Thurs. Nov. 22 in observance of Thanksgiving Day. Regular hours will resume Fri. Nov. 23.  The Library is open on Saturday, Nov. 24.
