We have several Minoltas and frequently switch lenses between them. We've lost other things, but never a lens. I would not keep the extra one out, however.Janis L. Franco

We have a new Minolta 6000 microfilm/microform reader/printer with 2 lenses of different magnifications. I know that these lenses are expensive and we are debating wether or not to lock them up in a drawer or something. Now, I don't like to lock things up because then they can only be used with staff help but I also don't want to lose them. Has anyone ever lost one of these lenses to theft?
Thanks,
Elaine Hayes
