Megan;
We use Questionpoint and we love it! We can scan and attach documents, include links and follow-up with patrons if we find more information. We've been involved with QP since the beginning and we are uniformly thrilled.

Hello everyone,

This email is related to my query from last week.

Is anyone using QuestionPoint to answer and track research requests? If you are, what do you like about it? What do you dislike about it?

I am most interested in the webform function and the tracking functions. We wouldn't be using the chat reference part of QuestionPoint.

One specific question: Is it easy to forward a request to someone else inside the institution?

Thank you for any insights you might have!

Sincerely,

Megan Lewis
