You'll recall that longtime Genealogy Librarian Wally Waits retired from
that library as of March 1st, just a few weeks ago.

Congratulations to Wally on the opening of the genealogy collection's

Back in the late 90's I began the Genealogy Librarian News as an e-mail
newsletter that later also had a print version for several years. 

That e-mail newsletter ran under several names until about 2002.
