[Genealib] Discontinued Access to Ancestry.com Databases

Back to the list after a few days away - I have asked that we get a few more
patron computers to use in our library, as we are the only one of 35 in the
system to have a subscription to ALE (the system does have a sub to Hertiage
Quest which makes it available at all of them). Looks like we may be in for
a lot more visitors.
