reference.  Is there a way for an outsider to tap into the discussion at
SUNY Buffalo and read the various comments?

was going on at the Cincinnati library, which is...

Roaming librarians. No subject specialties, just a librarian with a
headset
wandering the rooms there asking if people need help.
