Hi,
Our system has a local history/genealogy specialist at our Main Branch.
We have a lot of customers doing this kind of research and it's very
important to have a resource person who is knowledgeable and familiar
with resources, both internal and external. I absolutely think it helps
to have someone who has done some family history research on their own.
