[Genealib] Interlibrary loan of genealogy books

We have a circulating genealogy collection about one-quarter the size of

contain a number of duplicate copies that we would hold only in 
genealogy reference had we only one copy.) For reference materials we 
encourage other libraries to request photocopies of index pages, and 
then their patron can ILL photocopies of the desired pages.
