John:

The Local History & Genealogy Collection at the Public Libraries of
Saginaw (MI) does not interloan materials, but we are happy to make copies
of cited pages, or will search an index for a limited number of names for
a patron. We encourage people to use the inter-library loan system for
this service, rather than contacting us directly.
