Subject: [Genealib] Brooklyn New York Home
I have a patron trying to locate who owned a property in Brooklyn, New
York in the late 1800s. We are going to try the city directories and
the Police Census, 1890. If we don't have any luck or if we do, we may
need some help from someone in New York. Is there an organization, look
up volunteer, or librarian who could help or suggest someone for help?
They are not rich (is anyone in genealogy). They would love "free"
search assistance. For now I just need some suggestions for help.
Thank you,
Cheryl Smith
