> Here's a reminder that the registration deadline for Librarians' Day at the FGS/ACPL 2007 Conference is August 1st. This year's Librarians' Day will be held on Wednesday, August 15th in the Allen County Public Library Auditorium at 900 Library Plaza in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Registration will begin at 9:15 a.m. Sponsored by ProQuest CSA (who will also be providing lunch), the day will be filled with opportunities to meet colleagues from different libraries, learn about the latest in electronic databases and materials preservation, and tour the newly-renovated Allen County Public Library. Anyone who provides genealogy and local history services to the public is welcome to attend. Remember that registration for the day is free, and you can register online by submitting the form at http://www.fgsconference.org/librarians.php or by sending an email with your contact information to genealogy at acpl.info .
