[Genealib] Salt list article & search

This thread is the first I've heard about salt rationing, and I find it
quite interesting. So much so, that I contacted Sherry Harris today and
compiled her input and other information on the topic into an article for my
web site: http://www.genealogytoday.com/guide/civil-war-salt-lists.html

I also put together a quick search tool to access the various salt lists
already online, which include Marion, Monroe, Pickens, Rabun, Schley,
Talbot, Taylor and Twiggs counties. If you know of any other county lists
online, please let me know and I'll add them.

I plan to research this further and will add any additional information that
I can locate to the page.
