   I don't think that statement is correct. Right this minute I am not 
at a computer which has access to ALE, but I do have in front of me a 
publication I received last June from an Ancestry.com spokesperson 
which stated:
"Ancestry Library does not include the following collections: Family & 
Local Histories, Historical Newspapers, OneWorldTree, Filby's Passenger 
and Immigration Lists Index, Biography & Genealogy Master Index (BGMI), 
and Freedman's Bank Records. "
