Couples in Missouri, where a blood test  and three days waiting period  were 
required, were married in Kansas, where a couple could be married  
immediately. Three of my husbands siblings, from Nodaway County, Missouri,were  married 
in Brown County, Kansas. Only my husband and his sister were married in  
Nodaway County.
