[Genealib] Spartanburg, SC - Winnie Walsh Retires from Spartanburg SC County Library

There is a nice article about Winnie Walsh who has retired from the
Spartanburg (SC) County Library.
Among her many accomplishments she is responsible for organizing the effort
to index the obituaries in the Spartanburg Herald and sister publications
from the area. She personally indexed every obituary in the area newspapers
back to 1950. The obituary indexing project is now back to the 1800s. Her
career and accomplishments are recorded in an article in today's Spartanburg
