Just my comments....sometimes death certificates do NOT tell the truth.
I have someone who died of "heart problems" who actually committed
suicide but the family doctor didn't put that down as cause of death out
of deference to the family.
However, when one of her old (80 yr old) friends said "Let sleeping dogs
lie" it confirmed what I long suspected.
 
Sometimes you have to read between the lines.
