RE: Friends:

Many year ago, at least prior to September 1991 there appeared an article in a genealogical publication by Nancy J. Cornell entitled "the Distributive Share" I have in my possession a couple fo the articel from a former student but not the name of the journal.. I have tried in vain to find Nancy Cornell and have gotten many dead ends Perhaps once of your readers here is familiar with that articel. it was regarding the estate of Jacob Strickland of Georgia and was an explanation in laypersons terms of how one understands probate records of the period.. We are i the process of preparing a genealogical seminar and want to include that fine article but first must find out the publication . Many Thanks for this needle in the Hackstack approach.
