Library now owns the databases but not the copyright. You can not 
redistribute the databases nor copy them except within the confines of 
the purchasing Library. You can not distribute nor lend them to another 
library.
Upon Payment of the first year of $1000.00 towards the purchase of  the 
software and databases are shipped to your Library upon receipt of first 
payment. All Database files are now on your Library Computers and you no 
longer access our servers.You set your own Site Available Times for the 
Library.
