[Genealib] non-library collections

The Doris E. Wood Branch of the Clermont County Public Library (CCPL) houses the collection of the Clermont County Genealogical Society (CCGS).  CCGS owns their collection but the library catalogs their materials and adds the records to the CCPL online catalog.  All materials in the collection are non-circulating.

  I would like to know if anyone is aware of a collection that is not the property of  a library but is catalogued and therefore accessible through the library's online catalog. This offsite collection would not circulate; the library oversees the handling, catalagoing and use of the collecion.
