[Genealib] non-library collections

Couldn't you treat it the same as a branch of the library, just a
non-circulating collection?

	I would like to know if anyone is aware of a collection that is
not the property of  a library but is catalogued and therefore
accessible through the library's online catalog. This offsite collection
would not circulate; the library oversees the handling, catalagoing and
