[Genealib] CT State Library closed Feb. 10-12 and Feb. 17-19

The Connecticut State Library will be closed Saturday, February 10 and Monday, February 12 in observance of Lincoln's Birthday.  The Library will also be closed Friday, February 17 and Monday, February 19 in observance of Washington's Birthday.
