Creating something out of nothing is impossible to do.
Creating something with elements in an unorganized state,
makes all things possible, to really do something right.
Two points:
  1. There is:
The Neal A. Maxwell Institute for Religious Scholarship
The biographee comprehends religion and "academic".
     http://maxwellinstitute.byu.edu/about/maxwellbio.php
One of the Institute's goals: " Provide critically edited,
primary resources (ancient religious texts) to scholars
and lay persons around the world", could be expanded
to include a Chair of Ancient AND Modern Genealogies.

There is the obvious DNA interest directed by the Institute,
     http://maxwellinstitute.byu.edu/publications/dna.php?selection=dna&cat=dna
which has significant ramifications on a worldwide scale.

2. Scholarly genealogy networking should be expanded
to include age, ancestry, breed, creation, descent,
education, engendering, epoch, era, family, formation,
      generation, lineage, parentage, pedigree, period,
      procreation, production, profession, progeniture,
reproduction, span, stock and time frame. Integrate
genealogical and family history studies into schools,
      colleges and universities, worldwide,
      http://www.academic-genealogy.com/schoolscollegesuniversities.htm
by the use of academic education learning resources,
      http://www.academic-genealogy.com/academiceducationlearningresources.htm
wherein educated interest now exists in "academic genealogy":
