[Genealib] Digitization vs. Keeping old records

I for one, recognize that for serious archival storage, digitized magnetic 
type media cannot be relied on for much more than a few years. 
Even burned disks will require a device to read the data. 
Ask yourself, "Will the device I am using today be available 100 years from 
now?"
For 100 plus years of storage, best to find something more permanent and 
consider wide distribution of copies.
