[Genealib] Microfilm Repair

I have used a Neumade splicer for over 25 years with no problems. We have then for both 16mm and 35mm films.

  We are in need of a new splicer (or whatever the  term is) to do simple repairs on our old microfilm newspapers in our library.  Do any of you have any suggestions as to where we can find something, either new or used?    Would really appreciate your suggestions.  Thank you.
