There were some questions raised, by Gordon Remington I think, about the
information found in the footnotes.

The Ulster County probate books are supposedly legitimate.

Subject: [Genealib] Anjou transcriptions
Hi, all--
We do not have any family histories that were (obviously)
written by Gustave Anjou, but we do have a 3-volume set of Ulster
Co., NY, probate records. Are these known to be fraudulent as well?
I am loathe to rely upon them, given his well-known penchant for
fakery. Can anyone enlighten me?
Thanks!
Libby
