While there is much to be said for reading a quoted post, there is also a
case to be made to judicious editing of the copy-and-reply feature that is
turned on by default in most corporate emails. 

I was very interested in a discussion about speakers for a meeting recently,
but about 95 per cent of the digest was the same constantly requoted
verbiage. I do try to judiciously prune the replies I send.
