[Genealib] Advice from a digest subscriber

Please remember the digest subscribers when you are replying to a
message.

- The messages build up in an issue very quickly and seeing the same
message in each and every response is kind of annoying after awhile.
Today's (Wednesday Aug 22, 2007) issue nearly choked my inbox.

- I've received digests just full of out of office messages - please
help solve this one.

And also:
- Digests come out once a day between 3-4 pm EDT.
