World Family Tree IS accessable through ALE. Hit the top search
button and then scroll down the list that appears on the right
hand side of the screen. It is near the bottom. However if I
want to just access the World Family Tree I do it through
rootsweb.com as it is easier to locate the tab for it and at this
  point it is free.

World Family Tree is a pedigree (lineage-linked) database
within Genealogy.com. Genealogy.com is own and operated by The
    Generations
Network, the parent company of Ancestry.com, Rootsweb.com,
    Family Tree Maker,
    etc.

Here is a current list of what's in Ancestry.com that's
**not** in the Ancestry Library Edition (ALE):

    ·
    One
World Tree. This is a computer-generated
    pedigree database.

    ·
    The
third-party content in Ancestry’s Historical Newspaper and
    Obituary
    Collections. This also includes
the obituaries obtained from ProQuest, which are available to
    libraries in the
    ProQuest Obituaries product.

    ·
    ProQuest’s
books in Ancestry’s Families and Local Histories Collection.
    Those books are available in
    HeritageQuest Online.

    ·
    PeopleFinder, which
uses public records to locate living people.

    ·
    Filby’s
    Passenger and Immigration Lists (PILI)
    and Gale’s City Directories.
These databases are owned by Gale Group and are licensed to
    only
    Ancestry.com.

    ·
    Biography
    & Genealogy Master Index (BGMI)
    .

    ·
    Ancestry
    World Tree and
    Ancestry Message Boards are available
in ALE. However, they are read-only. Users cannot upload
    data, post messages
    or reply to messages.

    Family Tree
    Importance: Low
My understanding from William Forsythe at Proquest is that
    anything
that is in Ancestry.com that is submitted by the general
    population is not part
of Ancestry Library Edition, so One World Tree, Family Trees,
    message boards and
the like are not included. Only verifiable databases are part
    of ALE.
